The company is founded and led by seasoned professionals in clean technology, renewable energy, automation, chemical processing, finance and high-tech industries. We are seeking a strategic investor to build four state-of-the-art iodine and iodine-lithium extraction facilities in Oklahoma, with a total production capacity of more than 1,000 metric tons of iodine and 500 metric tons of lithium per year all sites combined. Each site to be operated independently but jointly share a distribution network.

The CEO and President holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Economics and has many years of leadership and operational experience in international companies in telecommunications, renewable energy, automation, transportation, and metals production & extraction. The CFO and EVP of Strategic Planning holds a Master’s degree in Physics and a PhD in Applied Physics and an advanced degree in business administration and has served in executive positions in sales, marketing, strategic planning, and M&A for publicly traded corporations in the renewable energy, semiconductor, meteorology, and advanced manufacturing industries in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

In addition, the leadership team is augmented by a seasoned technical professional in iodine facilities operations, and a technologist who holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology and a PhD in Colloid Chemistry.
